The Story Behind
the Names

What's in a name? In Gray's case, a lot. From her beloved rescue pup to Audrey Hepburn to far-flung locales she longs to visit, each rug is named after something (or someone) meaningful to her.

This rug has the essence of my grandmother Hilda. I felt like I needed to name this rug after her.

Stevie is named after our Chihuahua, Stevie Taco, who strutted into our lives as a stray and never left until his untimely passing in 2021.

Mary Caroline is the name of my grandmother who is 95 and still kicking! It has a formal look I could see in her home.

This rug is named in honor of my glory days living in Japan when I was 18 and going to a club with my friends called The Lexington Queen.

I spent a lot of my childhood watching Audrey Hepburn movies, and this pretty black rug feels like something she would have had in her home.

E.T. was one of my favorite childhood movies, and this rug reminds me of a cool tee that Elliot may have worn.
